"TOLFA" is a web-based free calling service. It connects the guest's web browser with the hotel's phone system via the internet, enabling real-time conversations. In addition to handling inquiries from the hotel website, it can also be used as an alternative to in-room telephones.

The Room Phone, Right on Your Mobile

Guests can contact the front desk using their mobile devices. During their stay, they can reach the front desk not only from their room, but also while temporarily away from the hotel. Of course, if a tablet is provided in the room, it can also be used to contact the front desk.

Usage can be limited to the guest's stay period

At check-in, a one-time URL that is valid only during the guest's stay can be generated. Guests can either scan a QR code with their mobile device or receive a printed copy, providing them with a direct communication channel for the duration of their stay. A dedicated web interface for front desk staff is available to issue these time-limited URLs. By registering the guest's ID or room number when generating the URL, the front desk can identify the guest when receiving a call or message.

Inquiries can be initiated directly from the hotel's website, booking platforms, and price comparison sites. Simply placing a URL on the site allows users to access the TOLFA web interface, making it easy to contact the hotel's front desk. By using different URLs for each site, the hotel can identify the source of each inquiry.
