We provide a dedicated user interface for the front desk to generate time-limited URLs for guest use. The front desk can log in using the pre-issued login ID and password.

Enter the guest’s stay duration along with either the room number or an identification ID. The room number or ID will appear as the caller ID when a call is received at the front desk, allowing staff to identify which guest is contacting them.

When a URL is issued, a QR code is automatically generated. Guests can either scan the QR code with their mobile device or receive a printed version.
During their stay, guests can contact the front desk from anywhere--even while temporarily away from the hotel. The validity period of the URL can be set flexibly, allowing it to be issued not only during the stay but also in advance, for example, at the time of booking. Each URL remains active until one hour after the scheduled checkout time.
